Kim is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is knowledgeable about the Rehabilitation field in the states of Montana and Michigan. Kim has experience conducting Vocational Assessments, performing Transferable Skills Analyses and developing Rehabilitation Plans. Kim is skilled in conducting labor market research and providing job development/placement assistance, as well as Expert Testimony, including relating to the change in definition of disability under Workers' Compensation benefits. Kim's case management experience includes providing services for Workers' Compensation, Auto No-Fault and Long Term Disability claimants.
 
Enrolled and certified in Ohio's BWC's Health Partnership program.
