Patsy is a Senior Case Manager who has extensive experience in the health care industry in nursing and nursing management. This includes experience in TBI, Psychiatric, Multiple Trauma and RSD diagnoses and treatment. She has done consulting for and has been Education Director and Director of Nursing for nursing homes. She has provided case management for medical, surgical and psychiatric home care patients. Patsy has helped start two home care programs and has acted as Branch Manager and Director of Clinical Services for these agencies. She is experienced in quality assurance, risk management and has extensive knowledge of JACHO and state licensing requirements. Patsy coordinates rehabilitation services for Catastrophic TBI and SCI, Multiple Trauma, Orthopedic, clients with psychiatric histories and RSD clients. Patsy also has experience providing expert testimony and developing Medical Cost Projections to assist with setting file reserves.
