Carol is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology. She has extensive experience providing Vocational Rehabilitation services to individuals receiving Workers' Compensation, Auto No-Fault and Long Term Disability benefits. She is proficient in Case Management, Vocational Assessment, Vocational Testing and Transferable Skills Analyses. Carol's skills include rehabilitation planning, labor market research, resume preparation, job seeking skills instruction and job development as well as expert testimony, including relating to the recent change in the definition of disability under Workers' Compensation benefits.
