Terri holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Management with a minor in Safety. Her combined education, clinical experience, and leadership background provide a strong foundation in case management, healthcare operations, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Terri has extensive experience managing complex patient needs, including several years of case management and care coordination within home dialysis. Terri currently provides nurse case management services for workers' compensation and Auto No-Fault claimants, coordinating care and supporting positive outcomes. She brings strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to case management..
