David is a Certified Case Manager with ten years of service at ReviewWorks and a broad professional background. His experience includes Orthopedic, Neurologic, Cardiac and Renal intermediate, and Emergency Room nursing.  Having worked with trauma patients in the emergency room, David recognizes the importance of both acute intervention and the long-term coordinated efforts needed to optimize a claimant's maximum medical improvement.  As a Rehabilitation Consultant for ReviewWorks, David proactively manages claims with Catastrophic TBI, SCI, Multiple Trauma, RSD and Orthopedic injuries.  He has expertise with Pediatrics and manages claims where English is the second language.  David also has experience with developing Medical Cost Projections to assist with setting file reserves.
